Americans first encountered it as kasha after Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish immigrants brought it to this country. There seems to be a low quality Chinese buckwheat being sold by Uvelka. Until a couple of years ago, it was a good product, but now I am not going to buy the groats There was a chemical smell in the last item I bought Low-income people have the same disadvantages as anyone else Buckwheat that is of the highest quality.

Among the finest brands of buckwheat, this is one of them. There is only one grain that makes the cut. This is a great product.

Rarely do you find a great restaurant with great taste

I love how healthy and delicious this dish is. When cooking with 2 cups water instead of suggested 3, we use less water. This buckwheat is absolutely delicious and my Russian partner and I both love it (even though it is not gluten free and wheat free).
