It is getting harder and harder to find quality, proper Buckwheat today, as not all Buckwheat is created equal. I am telling the truth here. There are visible dust particles when pouring from the plastic bag to the storage container, which makes it less than four stars because some of the groats appear to have been milled or crushed. Other than that, it is much cleaner than several imported varieties from Eastern Europe and Russia, which do not contain tiny stones that crush the teeth. When cooked, the groats become smaller and the product becomes mushy

The groats are much smaller here than they used to be. I like the way it makes the product mushy. The taste is good. There is a lot of value for the money. I do not know if I will order again.

So far, I have not been able to find any health stores that sell it. Granola seed mixes can be incorporated into raw granolas to serve as an easy, nutritionally dense snack. Besides using it raw, I have cooked it with other seeds to make granola. As well as fat bombs, I put it into them. The product is fantastic!.

It looks like the grain is in really good shape. It doesn't look old or dark at all. Delivery within a few days. One thing is I don't believe they are raw (like the green buckwheat at They're roasted a little bit, if I'm not mistaken. Buckwheat suits me fine, as I like the taste of it In the event I am done with that huge bag I definitely will order more.
