Questions & Answers

To Lundberg: Why do you package six stackers when the nutrition information is based on four? That kind of packaging is either deceiving or just plain stupid. ?

All nutritional information on products is displayed in this manner. It's absurd that the serving size does not correspond to the packaging size. I usually only eat three at a time, and I have to make sure the other three don't go stale in a day so I can eat them again.

Which flavor do you think is the best?

Brown rice and multigrain are two options I've tried. ***Multigrain*** is my preferred option. It's a tad crumblier, but the flavor is superior, so I buy that one.

Do you have any nutritional information?

The cake has a calorie count of 25 calories per serving. 1 gram of fat, 23 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, and 2 grams of protein per serving size. br>I hope that this information is useful. I was going to take a screenshot of the box, but there isn't an option to send a photo as an answer.

Why does the ingredient list only say rice when these are made with rice and quinoa? Is this an expensive greenwash? What is the ratio of quinoa to rice?

The company may be able to provide you with the percentage. The ingredients on my list suggest Organic Brown Rice, Organic Red Rice, and Organic Quinoa, so the largest is Brown Rice, next largest % is Red That could be anything from 34% Brown rice to 97% Brown Rice, as well as anything from 1% to 32% Quinoa, so only the company can tell you. They don't have to tell you because it's in their recipe; their crackers are mostly rice with a few other ingredients added for flavor. I enjoy the majority of them and keep a variety on hand for snacks because I am gluten intolerant.

This cracker is deliciously crunchy and nutrient-dense
5/5

We eat rice cakes because neither my husband nor I can eat wheat (both Irish, 20 of all Celtic or Nordic peoples have celiac disease) br>br>However, the massive thickness was never one of my favorites. They're light and have a non-slip surface. We both enjoy them and eat them with a variety of toppings:br>br>They have grains in them that give them more flavor and nutrition than plain rice. br>br>They have grains in them that give them more flavor and nutrition than plain rice. br>br>They have grains in them that give them more flavor and nutrition than plain rice. b Hummus made with lemon and beets (delicious!). taramasolata (delicious! ), taramasolata (delicious! ), as well as plain peanut butter with honey or raspberry preserves. br>br>Strongly suggested! br>br>.

BE SURE TO CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE! Despite the fact that I've been purchasing these crackers on a monthly basis for several years, the boxes in my last two orders were expired and completely stale
3/5

Unfortunately, I didn't realize the previous order was out of date until it was too late to cancel it. I don't usually give a one-star rating, but this is the second time it's happened to me. br>br> The expiration date is printed in very small letters on the top of each box on the left. Anything past the expiration date will be stale and taste like cardboard, as these crackers are dated at least two years ahead of time. br>br>Update January 2022: Another six-pack of stale crackers has been delivered to me. They don't appear to have any quality control at the factory, as another reviewer pointed out. This order isn't out of date – the "best buy"code is still valid for a few more months – but it's stale. When they're good, they're fantastic, but when they're bad, they're downright horrible! br>br>These crackers are far too costly to be thrown away.

Make the switch to organic! When health food stores were frowned upon in the 1960s, you know what I mean
5/5

And I should know because I once owned one in upstate New York. So there was this company back then, I believe their name was Lima, that made the best short-grain organic rice and accompanying organic rice cakes. I've struggled to stay on top of organic foods over the years. I decided to return to it a few years ago. Problem; In the United States of America, there will be no more Lima rice products. I looked up Lundberg organic rice products on Google. It turns out that their organic short-grain rice and rice crackers are the best; I especially like these smaller, thinner, crunchier versions of the larger round ones. Despite the fact that they are also excellent. However, these are easier to eat and less messy, with fewer crumbs and other debris. I believe there are four individually wrapped small packages in the box, which is just the right amount for one sitting. They don't get soggy and can be used to top an endless variety of foods. They have a great flavor that isn't overpowering. They're good on their own, too. They come in various varieties as well. I understand that this is a long story about a small rice cake; However, you will discover that it is well worth your time and effort. Let's go Lundberg! Let's go organic!.

Hope to use white rice; I've been buying this a lot because there aren't many gluten-free snacks with no salt or sugar added
3/5

However, they should use white rice because rice is known for being contaminated with As, which is highly concentrated in the shell, including the outer layer of brown rice. br>White rice is a much safer choice, though it does lose some B vitamins, which are easy to obtain from other foods. br>br>I'm hoping that someone from the Lundberg family reads this and decides to make white rice cakes. The one-star rating is intended to pique their interest.

It's yum yum yum yum yum The flavor is fantastic
5/5

Good- a sufficient level of toughness: The 5- While brown rice has a better flavor, grain has a better flavor. The grain has become a little more crumbly. It's not a problem for us. Only the edges are covered, and the crumbled pieces are sprinkled on top. br>br>One of us prefers them with cheese, which is melted in the microwave and then topped with a ripe tomato slice. br>br>The other of us enjoys these with a dollop of nut butter and a pinch of salt, served with a cup of strong black coffee. br>br>Deeelicious. br>br>.

Soft and gummy texture
3/5

I buy these from my local health food store on a regular basis and enjoy them. I was delighted to discover that they were available through Amazon Subscribe & Save. I was able to save money by purchasing the program at a reduced price. I was disappointed because the ones I received were soft instead of the crunchy and crisp cracker substitute I prefer. For me, the taste was changed by the fact that it was soft and gummy. The "Best Buy" date was three and a half months away. It's possible that they were kept in a moist environment. In the future, I'd rather pay more at my local store than deal with the hassle of an Amazon refund request.

Maybe it's become stale
3/5

These are one of my favorite foods and I eat them on a daily basis. I've always purchased them from a store, and this is the first time I've ordered them from Amazon. It's possible that they've gone bad. I'm not sure why, but they disintegrate in a way that previous ones did not.
