I received a single 30 ounce bag containing 24 small packets of noodles. I made a large bowl of soup with two packs. As a result, I'd end up with 12 servings. You could make 24 servings if you don't want as many noodles. I'm very happy with the results, and the noodles are tasty. This does not come with any seasoning. I used concentrated beef seasoning flavor and added fire roasted diced tomatoes, and it turned out to be quite tasty.
It absorbs the flavor of your broth as well as the flavors of the other ingredients. There is no distinct flavor to the rice. I don't taste any difference between this and any other noodle.

These noodles came in handy when I was in a pinch. I had intended to buy it again, but the cost has skyrocketed. It's so disheartening to see you making it more difficult for gluten-free people to shop for groceries because you're greedy.
My young granddaughter is gluten intolerant, so I wanted to make a quick soup for her so she could bring a hot lunch to school. I shredded a store-bought roasted chicken and combined it with frozen peas and corn in a chicken broth. I added the onion to the broth after browning it with shredded carrots. The cooked noodles were then added, which I had broken up before boiling. Then I added some cornstarch to thicken it up. I froze bowls that were about the same size as her thermos. I popped them out of the bowls, wrapped them in plastic wrap, and put them in a freezer bag once they were frozen. She takes one out in the morning and heats it in the microwave, then packs it in her thermos for lunch. I'm happy to do it for her because gluten-free bread isn't particularly tasty and cold sandwiches get old after a while. gives her a wide range of options.
These gluten-free noodles have been a great addition to our pantry for my eleven-year-old granddaughter. She loved Ramen noodles and wished she could have these packets made for her, especially since her older sister could still eat them. I looked over the ingredients on the Ramen noodles and devised my own recipe for a chicken flavored with real chicken stock and the appropriate spices. She is enamored with them and requests them on a regular basis. I'm so glad I came across this product; it's definitely worth the extra money.
I haven't opened the package yet, but you can see all the tiny bits of ramen floating around inside through the clear side panel; I'm sure I'll be able to use it, but measuring it will be a pain.
A product with simple ingredients and no allergens that can be used in a variety of ways. Before using the noodles, I cook them according to the package directions and strain them. I've made both spicy soupy ramen and indo-chinese ramen. With these, I made Chinese stir-fried noodles. Typically, we eat about 1 pound of food. 5 packets per person plus vegetables for a filling meal (but it's also delicious, so we want more!).
This is something I've been purchasing from a membership warehouse in my hometown of California. I couldn't find it the other day, and the lady checked the computer, and it appears that they won't be getting it. I despise paying more for less, but I ordered this because I can toss two or three cakes in and use them instead of regular spaghetti. My dietary guidelines encourage me to eat whole grains rather than refined white flour, and I think Rice Ramen is a great substitute.

These noodles are delicious, both in terms of taste and texture. They're more like spaghetti than ramen once they've been cooked. It makes no difference to me; I'll eat them regardless! br>br>The packaging, on the other hand, is something I wish they would change. In the bottom of the package, there were a bunch of crumbs. That's something they should reconsider.
It's the shipping that's causing me problems. Instead of a box, this package of 12 noodle "cakes" was delivered in a soft envelope. Many of the noodles cakes were crushed and broken, resulting in a bag full of tiny noodle pieces instead of 12 individual cakes. Because this is a perishable food item, it should be sent in a box. The shipping time, on the other hand, was very short. And the noodle itself is one of my favorites. They're delicious and adaptable.
