I like these crackers — on occasion. Because you never know which version of cracker you'll get, I gave it a low rating. Is this going to be a thick, crunchy pack or a thin, crispy pack? Even the diameter can vary, whether it's dark and flavorful or pale and bland. Last but not least, They have no way of ensuring that their products are of good quality. I became so frustrated by the variability that I wrote to the company about it, and after some back-and-forth with QA, they basically said that this is an acceptable range of variation. I'll attach a photo for you to judge: how can two crackers be the same if they're different sizes, colors, textures, and even TASTES? (To be clear, each of these comes from a different package of the ostensibly identical cracker. ) One package looked like the right one, while the other looked like the left one. ) I suppose they came from different factories, but what other company, I ask you, would allow such inconsistency? Sheesh. It irritates me. br>br>If you're wondering why I care, it's because a good pack is incredibly satisfying. They'd be enough to keep me going for a long time. However, this only adds to the disappointment of the lackluster packs. Edward, you've created a fantastic dish. Sons! Simply put it to use! Each and every time!!.

We ordered these crackers/snaps in bulk twice via Prime Subscribe and Save, and both times they were broken to bits. Because the most recent delivery was the worst, I've canceled our bulk orders and replaced them with individual packets from Whole Foods, which we can get through our Amazon Prime membership. $33 was thrown away. These crackers are a hit with my kids, and they're usually tasty as well. I had the case on autoship, and we had to open four packages, all of which were stale. The expiration date is September 2018, so I assume they are too close to the deadline. At first, I assumed it was just that my kids were getting tired of the crackers and weren't eating them as quickly as they used to, but recently, I opened three different packages to investigate and found them all to be hard and stale. I'm afraid I won't be able to return them because the deadline has passed. It was a waste of money.
