Tapioca is a major component of gluten-free baking, and so I use it to make breads such as Barbari and Focaccia, as well as making my own gluten-free all-purpose Tastes good, quality is good, and consistency is good. My intent is to buy again if the pricing does not change dramatically.
This is a pretty good movie. The starch in tapioca is starch in tapioca. It is only the packaging that I dislike about this product. This refers to the ease with which people can use the product. The resealable fact needs to be better considered, since scooping or pouring the starch out is an inconvenience. This is a good product, but it is somewhat overpriced as there are other organic products that you can find for a bit less, but other than that, it is a good product. I doubt I would buy it again, however.
My naan dough has been transformed into delicious bread by adding coconut milk, almond flour, salt, and nutmeg. There are also times when it makes arrowroot powder work.
far as tapioca flour goes, it's about what you would expect. The price was reasonable, and the shipping was prompt.
I gave one star because the package was damaged and when I opened it, there was flour all over me and This item is beyond repair and I can't return it for a brand new.
