This product is small and does not contain gluten. I have used it to substitute minute tapioca in Kraft I am very pleased with the outcome!

We produce our organic tapioca granules on shared lines that also process peanuts and tree nuts. The facility that handles these products is Global Food Safety Initiative certified, which means it complies with strict allergen control policies to prevent cross-contamination. A part of the policy is to make nonallergen containing foods before allergen containing foods. Equipment and machinery must also be sanitized and cleaned. Although the Minute Tapioca's instructions were clear, the end result was at least as good or better than Minute Tapioca's. It is amazing. I love it.
Since I have been looking for a good organic tapioca for a while, I decided to make my own. Although the directions call for coconut milk, I use regular milk. You'll love how easy it is to make this dessert. It's great if you want something easy. A pleasure to work with.
