Questions & Answers

Can it be used in the same way as Kraft's Minute Tapioca or does it have bigger granules that require more time to soak and cook?

This product is small and does not contain gluten. I have used it to substitute minute tapioca in Kraft I am very pleased with the outcome!

What are these little round pearls like? Do these look like old fashioned tapioca pudding or do they resemble coarse ground grains?

Good to meet you! There is no longer a supply of tapioca pearls available at our store. Generally speaking, our Tapioca Granules are comprised of coarsely ground grains or pellets similar to what you described. Thanks a lot! It's an OG thing lets do

You can make this delicious recipe using a can of old tomatoes A dessert in the old-fashioned style
5/5

As a kid and young adult many decades ago, I enjoyed eating tapioca. This is organic, just like the tapioca I ate then. Do not waste your time trying to follow the icky cooking directions on the box. This recipe for real tapioca pudding calls for all organic ingredients and a standard recipe In a large pot with a lid or very large microwave-safe mixing bowl, stir well as follows In a bowl, mix 1 egg with 2 3/4 cups of whole milk and 1/3 cup sugar. Stir well. Using three heaping tablespoons, add the tapioca to the water in a bowl and stir for five Stir constantly as you bring the water to a boil on the stove Stirring until thickened, you can cook it in the microwave, stirring at intervals. Add a teaspoon of vanilla to the beaten egg after you take it off of the heat or microwave. Sprinkle with nutmeg, and eat, or you can save it for The cherry pie filling can be spooned on top of the tapioca in a glass dish to make a delicious and attractive dessert. This organic tapioca is quick to cook and amazingly tasty!.

You can skip the recipe on the box and watch what I do instead

Easy to make but not as fast as instant cookies. Following a loose recipe on the instant variety box, I prepare the same dish. To make this pudding, mix 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 1/2 cups (whole) milk, and 3 tablespoons tapioca granules together. Before I turn on the hot water, I soak the meat for 10 minutes instead of 5. In the instant variety recipe, it says to bring it to a boil, then remove it from the heat and allow it to When I cook this tapioca, I bring it to a boil and stir it constantly until I reach a light boil. My glass top burner has a wire heat diffuser that I use on the pan in order to stop it from overheating and sticking to the pan as it can easily do without it. As it thickens, I let it slightly boil and stir constantly with a whisk. You don't want to overcook it, because it gets thinner when hot. Cooling will cause the sauce to thicken significantly. A cooked-up version of When a whisk requires more effort to stir, the sauce has thickened sufficiently. I remove the pan from the heat to cool a little, then whisk in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Adding dark or milk chocolate chips to the recipe is also typical for me. I made it just as Mama would have!.

Stirring constantly is key

Tapioca is a versatile food, you don't have to cook it in milk. It can be eaten raw, too. Pour it into water, and boil it on a light boil for 13 minutes, stirring continuously. To 3C of water, add 1/4 cup of tapioca. As soon as it has cooled, the gel will form and the contents will mix in.

I've had the worst experience of my life
3/5

I have never made a tapioca as bad as this. My spoon was too short to reach it, so I can't tell you what it tasted like. The coconut milk I used was fat free half and half since I did not have coconut milk on hand. This is disgusting. It was too thick for us to eat with our spoons. There was a huge blob of it. Using coconut milk next time did not make a difference, per the instructions. It was a waste of money to buy coconut milk and half and half with no fat.

It's hard to find the type of tapioca I want at local stores sometimes, and we like to have some every now and then
5/5

After researching organic products, we decided to use the one we found. In general, we think that it is a very good product. We still make it according to our previous recipe, since it is not the best recipe on this product's box. It is a bit pricey, but sometimes you have to spend a little extra to get what.

This is an excellent product

As it turns out, Minute Tapioca is no longer available at my local grocery stores. If I made it, it was always a hit with me. As a whim I popped over to Amazon and found this product. Our "Let's Do Organic" Granulates of Organic Tapioca. The tapeoca arrived in good condition, and I immediately made a batch to see if it was any good. The recipe came from Minute Tapioca, which I considered a help since I'm not used to having coconut milk. I love it. I am very pleased with how it turned out. Although the Minute Tapioca's instructions were clear, the end result was at least as good or better than Minute Tapioca's. It is amazing. I love it.

This is a wonderful comfort food

Since I have been looking for a good organic tapioca for a while, I decided to make my own. Although the directions call for coconut milk, I use regular milk. You'll love how easy it is to make this dessert. It's great if you want something easy. A pleasure to work with.

It was a bit overkill to have six boxes of granulated tapioca in my order, but I didn't cancel it
5/5

The thickener is used for pie doughs such as pecan pie and blueberry coconut cream pie. This method works great -- just dip it in cool water for 15 minutes before beginning cooling. In addition to making awesome puddings, I'm sure this would make awesome drinks, but no one in my family enjoys Those who love pies, on the other hand, adore them.
