In addition to this product, I blend my own gluten free flour blend and I am an expert cook who is fascinated by chemistry. I like what I read!.
For the first time today, I used this product. I followed the recipe on the package and it turned out very well.
I find the fast shipping to be not worth it. At the time of delivery, the product was sealed and fresh. The item was not shipped via Amazon and ended up costing much more than it should have. I did not get a good value for my money. A second purchase is not an option for me.
It said it was a pack of four for $17, but I only received one bag for $17, not four.
There was supposed to be a 4-pack, so why did I only get one? The price of one pack is way too high at $16.
If you want to make rice bread, this is an excellent product. The flavor of rice breads is greatly enhanced by it.
