Instead of buying it at the grocery store, get it at the store
4/5

As for the product, I used it for Pao de queijo (a Brazilian cheese bread, visible in the picture), and it worked fine. The price ($13 for 40oz) is a bit on the expensive side, though. At my local stores, I can buy the same brand for half the price.

All over the place is flour flour! All over the place is flour flour! I wonder if this product is really No one will ever tell me
3/5

Despite the fact that the tapioca flour was packed in a single plastic bag, the bag was heavily coated with loose flour - it looked like a bad drug deal gone horribly There was a moment when I thought Bob's Red Mill packaging might still be intact, and perhaps loose product somehow managed to be within the outer bag, but no, that's not the case. I spilled flour all over my counter when I left the bag on my counter. Although it should nonetheless be returnable if it arrived essentially "broken," I'm too busy to try and figure out how to do it. Because I'm too damn short, I can't figure out how to do It is best to buy it in a store if you wish to try it before purchasing it online.

Bubble tea is an easy way to make homemade drinks
5/5

Here's a fun fact I didn't know There is no difference between tapioca starch and tapioca flour! For homemade boba (bubble tea), I bought this to make tapioca pearls from scratch. It's wonderful! It tastes much better when it is homemade and I plan to buy more in the near future since we now make it all the time!.

There is no better tapioca starch than this
5/5

My brand of choice used to be Bob's, but I bought a different brand to save a few dollars. Poor decision. The GMO bread and other baked goods I made turned out gummy and disgusting. The Bob's Red Mill brand will be the only one I purchase from now on. The taste is better, the texture is better, and the baking is.

Tapioca starch is available from the best sources
5/5

Tapioca Flour made by Bob's Red Mill is the most effective, most reliable kind When added to an ice cream base as a stabilizer, it stabilizes the final product, and when added to fruit pies as a thickener, it gives the final product a creamy texture. Adding it to a recipe doesn't make any difference. Since it can be swapped tablespoon for tablespoon, I like it better than cornstarch. I am - The Debbie Lee Wesselmanns.

The package was not well packaged
3/5

In the end, though the flour itself was fine, the packaging did not meet shipping requirements. The flour had leaked into the shipping box from one of the bags that had a hole. Sorry to hear that.

It is God who deserves praise
5/5

In case you have ever been to Fogo de Chao, then you are probably familiar with the excellent and bottomless pao de queijo (cheese bread) they produce for you. Now that COVID and social distancing won't stand in the way of eating it, I can eat it without a problem! I'm just mediocre at cooking and have a bad attitude, but that's all. In the traditional recipe, manioc flour is used for sweet and sour rolls. This would be a good substitute. Thanks to Bob of Bob's Red Mill for supplying a gluten-free product on such a high level of quality It is free for those who are new to cooking. There are also two for you!.
