I don't like the taste at all. You can be sure that I know about tapioca because I am Brazilian. Are you serious? Sodium sorbate and citric acid are used. Is it true that you guys are playing games with It's awful, even the purchasing experience has been rough because I'm not allowed to return the If you want a better option, try Wrappioca or Da Terrinha. Brazil has a lot of good products if you want to buy something from there.
Tapioca needs to be washed several times to remove the awful smell, so I was not able to use it after buying two bags from Amafil Tapioca. It smells as strong as gasoline or rotten manioc when you open the bag. I'm from North Brazil, and the clean tapioca I consume doesn't smell the same as the one I consumed. A manioc that is uncooked is poisonous, so I do not recommend it.
Your meal is gluten free, low glycemic, and low fat. It can be made protein-rich by adding protein.
It was supposed to come in two packs, but it came in just one.
Tapioca is what I eat for breakfast every morning as I'm Brazilian. In Brazil or anywhere else, the taste is different from what you get in the U. S. It is slightly thicker and has a different flavor. Furthermore, I have only purchased the two bags before they expire, and they were sold very close to their expiration date. I should be able to finish both packages in two weeks.
The situation is really horrendous, and the words I have to express how bad they are are inadequate. You have to be careful with this flour when making your payment. The owner gave me instructions to store in the refrigerator for 2 days, but they turned out to be awful after that. No work was done with them so they were disposed of.
Prior to buying it, I read horrible comments about it, and when I received it, I was amazed by the flavor. I was also surprised by the texture because I found out that the tapioca came from Brazil. This is something I hope to achieve one day.
I opened my package and the whole kitchen reeked of terribly desolate!.
