It's nice to have palm sugar in paste form. It should be stored at room temperature in an air-tight container after you take it out of the bag. The paste is a little stiff to use, similar to stiff ice cream, but that's because it's palm sugar paste. To scoop it, use a warm spoon. I like your taste a lot.

As soon as you receive it, you should transfer the contents to a pyrex or covered glass container. I have been unable to find it on Amazon, but it appears to be the least processed and most affordable. The glycemic index of the dish is low.

The product is excellent and the value is outstanding! I like it a lot! The amount of cream I bought here on Amazon was double the other brand I bought here for the same price, and the cream did not come in a jar like the other brand, so I'll need to find something to store it in once I've opened it

There is a mess in the bag and I got the broken one! A portion of the sugar is melted, and a portion of the plastic bag is As such, it leaked everywhere when it was shipped by Amazon!

This product is too close to its expiration date, and I brought a bag that I used 2 times in 3 weeks after which the color of my palms turned black. The purchase of this product online is not recommended.
