I ordered it since I consume a large quantity of Coconut Sugar for my gluten-free baking. Bakery that is both free of animal products and vegan. In general it is difficult to find coconut sugar in larger bags like this one at a reasonable price. The product is as good as any coconut sugar I have used, and better than most.
