There are approximately two cups, I'd say without packaging it, but it is a good grind nonetheless. I can always handle more than one nut size after grinding nuts in the house, but you will definitely not have a problem. I used it to make a hazelnut cake, and it does a perfect job at getting the perfect combination of ingredients in.
Salted hazelnuts will not be blanched or roasted but will instead be raw. The grind is very fine. In order to bake cookies with it, I also use almond flour.
Hazelnuts are the only ingredient.
As far as I know, it is. It may be confused for "hashgacha," as OK Kosher gives it no marks for t Kosher gives the hashgacha.

Normally I make my Hazelnut Sandwich cookies from flour/meal rather coarse, but it was good to find out that I could make them without too much sugar.
