Are Hazelnuts the only ingredient in Hazelnut flour or does it include flour as well?
The nuts are all nuts.
It looks like flour in powder form, isn't it? Do they look more like finely groung nuts as in the picture?
Although it was more like finely ground nuts, I used it in a recipe that called for
1 cup is equal to how much weight? The amount I need is 1 3/4 cups. ?
It takes 16 ounces to weigh one pound. An 8-ounce cup has the same volume as one cup of liquid. It will take 12 oz to make 1 3/4 cups

Add to coffee grounds to enhance flavor, which worked out well. We wanted to contact the company to find out if they had a finer grind, however we could not reach them by email. The product might still be interesting to me if I could get that question answered.
