Gluten and wheat are intolerant foods for me, so I cannot consume them. We found that the baking powder worked well and it was a good alternative to For best results, you may need to increase the amount by 1/2 tablespoon if the recipe calls for 1 Tablespoon. It had a long validity date as well.

As I normally use Hain Featherweight, I tried this because it was available. Potato starch is used in this product, as well as Gefen baking powder and Featherweight. Despite the fact that it works well, it performs well This was as expected, and it came with a nice recipe for GF orange nut cake.

Did you know there are aluminum and cornstarch in most baking powders? That's not what I did. That's what I do now. As I pursue a cleaner way of eating, I've become more aware of the foods that I consume. My family and I are so glad that I found this baking powder. By the way, I just made some bread with coconut flour and flaxseed flour, and this baking powder worked perfectly.

Having to deal with the box being crunched on the bottom the width of my pinky and the reverse of the can being crunched half as much made me sad. I was able to use it since it did not leak. This works great with Baking Powder since it does not expire until a year from now.

It is unfortunate that potato starch is used in this manner It did not work well for my grain free baking using baking powder based on wheat. Having made the same recipe twice with poor results, I gave up. the combination of potato starch and the other grain-free ingredients are what sets this dish apart. It has been a while since I baked grain-free bread and it came out very dense and heavy. In the end, I went back to my old aluminum-free brand and got the results I was after. Using gluten-free ingredients in baked goods doesn't seem to pose a challenge.

This baking powder arrived damaged, and I need to replace it. A hole has been made in the container, and powder is leaking out. A baking powder container must be airtight because it cannot be used if it is open.
