The amount of ice cream you make will determine how long it takes to make. We make a nice cream (no dairy) and use 2 tablespoons per quart, which gives it a nice coffee flavor.
Because the only ingredient is coffee, use the same amount.
Coffee is simply referred to as "espresso." The word "espresso" refers to a coffee brewing technique. This powder is simply ground coffee, and it contains the same amount of caffeine as regular coffee.
Powdered coffee beans are all that is in the bag. No mention of carbohydrates is made on the label. Coffee beans, in my opinion, do not contain carbs, but I could be wrong.

In my chocolate cake, I used this. utterly delicious! With a quarter cup of this magical bean powder, your chocolate cake will be the talk of the town. If not. You shouldn't trust them because their taste buds have died. Zombies are most likely the culprit.
It brings out the chocolate flavor of the cake without giving it a coffee flavor. As a result, my family and I were able to enjoy a delicious cake for my son's second birthday! Note: I only used 1 tsp for the frosting and another tsp for the cake, so this was going to last a long time!.

Shake the package every now and then and use it all up - Don't leave it to rot in your pantry for years. This arrived in good condition; however, I cut the bag while opening it, so I placed everything in a quart-size zip lock bag. Because the flavor is so strong, I increased the amount of brown sugar in my chocolate sauce recipe; however, because it is a fine powder, it will mix well.
