Can you tell me when the expiration date is? It was supposed to have a two year shelf life. When I ordered it before - it still did not work. I bought three of them I think it would be best if I used to- It has only been 1 year since this data was collected. ?

The three I bought were needed, and I have so far used one of them. Baking powder like this is the best I have ever used. Although the expiration date has passed, I have not had issues with this product. You need to note that they are required to put down an expiration date, but the date is often very conservative. If the seal has not been broken you should be good to go. While I lived in Wisconsin, I was able to buy this at the grocery store. After moving to Tennessee, I was unable to find the product here, so I ordered it on the Even after all these years, it is still a great product that I will never switch over to.

It's the best baking powder out there

Baking powder from this brand is the only one I'll use. Since I moved, I am unable to find it in the grocery stores near my home and the other brands I tried are Since I am able to buy it online, I am so glad I can buy Calumet baking powder without having to worry about that.
