Can you tell me when the expiration date is? According to the package description, it has a two year shelf life. I ordered it before and it expired in 2007. A total of three were bought This is the best case scenario I used to- There are only one year's worth of records by date. ?

To date, I have only used one of the three that I bought. I bought this baking powder because it is the best I have ever used. Even though it is past the posted expiration date, I have had no problems with it. Despite the fact that they are required to list an expiration date, often this date is extremely conservative. If the oil seal has not been compromised, the product should still be safe to consume. While living in Wisconsin, I used to be able to find this at the grocery store. I moved to Tennessee and could not find the book here, so I had to order it online. The product is the same great product that I will not consider using any other.

It's good to have this product in the kitchen

I use it to bake. Since I couldn't find it on the store shelves, I bought the 3 pack instead. Although all three cans of this product expire in December, I would buy it again if it wasn't for the expiry date. It would be nice if it returned soon to retail stores.

There will be no other baking powder in my future purchases. The brand I tried in the grocery store where I now live was all caked. I can't find it in the store where I live now. I am so glad that I can purchase Calumet baking powder online because it does not do that.

I've used it for years, but it's very hard to find these days. This is an outstanding product. My wife bakes everyday with it and only uses this brand. Amazon is a great seller for I found the price to be fair and the delivery to be excellent as usual.
