When tofu is cooked it has a certain moment Pour the slow, careful mixture into the pot and cover with a lid for a few minutes. If you've ever seen the MAGIC MOMENT, when your soymilk turns into wonderful curds and whey, then you know what I mean. I'm very pleased with this nigari. I just took the cover off and am in awe! It's a wonderful thing. One reviewer noted that using too much is not a good idea! I didn't realize how tofu could be so delicious A maker's art is a form of expression. I can't believe there is so much tofu in there! I like Nigari because it's natural and it works well! I made tofu for the first time! You can use it in no time at all

I only want to take MgCl! A natural Nigari would not look like this! Magnesium chloride is the only naturally occurring mineral in natural Nigari, whereas natural Nigari has other minerals naturally arising from the soil

This is not to be consumed! Bag labels indicate that this contains nigari, which is the salt used to make tofu coagulate

It finally convinced me to give it a shot. A source of concentrated soybean milk has been found. Making sweet tofu and firm tofu is as easy as following the instructions I found. With the firm tofu I used in my lamb soup pot, it turned out We are very happy with the result.

As for the company, I was impressed enough to order another bag from them shortly after receiving the nigari. I was delivered very quickly and was able to get the bag at my office sooner than I expected.
