I have no idea what the ingredients are since the ingredients are written in Italian. A review of the website of this company impressed me greatly. I love the way the yeast flavor tastes, and I love how the bread tastes. Only this yeast does the job for me.

Making wood with it was a great experience This bread yeast is used in baked pizzas and is much better than bread yeast. It does not leave the same flavor in pizza that bread yeast leaves that's fine in breads, but not in pizzas. It hasn't been the case! I've never been disappointed in a Caputo product.
At the same time, I purchased Tipo 00 flour to make Napolitano Pizza. My apologies for not proofing this yeast first before using 8 cups of this very expensive flour to find before I even got to using it that it was In the meantime, I gathered the yeast and tried to proof my dough, but it did not rise. It was only then that I found out what I was suspecting. I DO NOT AGREE TO IT! In order to return this product, I will initiate the process.
