For the past 20 years, I've been baking artisan bread for my family. I use 1/2 cup of organic dark rye in my sourdough bread recipe, as well as 1 teaspoon in my starter, because it adds a wonderful tangy flavor to the bread. I've tried other rye flours, and while many of them are excellent, I prefer this one.
Bob's Red Mill is a brand I trust, and I was delighted to discover the Rye flour on Amazon. It's becoming increasingly difficult for me to locate the items I desire or require in this location. The Rye Flour was well-packaged and arrived in good condition! Thank you very much for your quick response!.
This is what I've been using in my bread maker to make pumpernickel bread. It's a high-quality flour. There's nothing surprising about that. This particular listing is also reasonably priced.
I've never purchased rye flour of such high quality. For years, I've been making my own rye bread, and Bob's Red Mill is the best.
I tried it in my breakfast cereal to help control my blood sugar. It didn't make a significant enough difference for me to continue using it, but it is delicious and a high-quality product.
I've been using this flour for a lot of my baking needs, and I'll keep buying it as long as Bob's Red Mill keeps up the good work.
Bob's Red Mill is one of my favorite flour and grain brands. Their cornmeal and white flour were also on my order. Everything arrived in perfect condition, with plenty of time left on the freshness clock.
I was hesitant to order the rye flour, but since it was unavailable in local stores, I decided to give it a shot. br>It's a good quality rye flour, and because it's in two bags, it'll last longer.
