As opposed to the 5 lb. container, this one stays tightly sealed. If a pouch is accidentally dropped from the shelf of a pantry, it will come off its zipped closure. Those of you who bake gluten-free dishes like me will appreciate the convenience of having it on hand, and the fact that you can use it whenever you need it.

Baking gluten free products is one of my specialties, and I often use GF Flour mix from America's Test Kitchen. When you shop at a grocery store, you will find that the ingredients are very costly. I am able to save money on this bulk supply because it lasts several months. There's no way to open this container without getting a nasty shock. It appears to be a commercial product.

It took me nearly an hour to get the stupid cover off, using a can opener, screwdriver, serrated knife, large kitchen knife, claw hammer and chisel Crowbar with a foot. For me to wedge it off, I had to punch and carve a hole in the top. An old plastic bag has been used to replace the top, as it is damaged and useless. There is a low relief illustration of the cover being removed using a strange device, which looks like a long stick, it's not supplied and not realistic. The cover is white with an uncolored low relief diagram. What did I get for all this effort? Fresh white rice flour that can be found nearly The inner seal is missing as well. Dumping the stuff in the bucket was all that was done, and a cover was put onto it later, sooner or later. As a result of my experience, I could no longer eat the products. Earthborn deserves special attention, especially for those of you who do not intend to purchase any of its products, as I do from now on. I do not bother to give them a negative rating online, but I will not order from Earthborn from now on.

I did not like the smell of the rice flour, or the fact that it Additionally, the lid of the bucket was never sealed properly, and the gasket often fell out of the bucket. In addition, it is overpriced for what it is. I gave it two stars simply because it was edible and didn't make me sick, but I had to throw away the last third of what I had because of my grumpy attitude towards the poor quality items.
