As far as I know, this is the only product I can compare to it. During the proofing cycle, I use it to keep my sourdough bread from becoming sticky. As far as that particular purpose is concerned, it works well.

The loaf of bread tastes good when it's fried

Bread loaves were floured and proofed overnight with it. This is great since it does not absorb into the dough since it is gluten free.
