My location in the North makes it difficult for me to purchase this product locally thus I had to buy it online.
This is not a sweet treat. There is a distinctive flavor to this dish. It is sweetened with sugar, or if you don't like it, add a little lighter sugar to the recipe. My grandmother swore by it. This is a very good piece.
$6 for 6 pounds of this product can be found at Walmart or Walmart.com. The number was 80 on January 1. It is set for March 29th, On Amazon, it appears to be a third-party seller. As a result of the high prices of 3rd party sellers on Amazon, I have ordered a few items from Walmart.com if they were not available in stores. The best in the business.

A lot of nasty things were in this packet, so I had to throw it away. There were several little black pebbles in the bag of cornmeal that looked like they were floating. The clumps of dirt looked like they had come apart when I pressed my finger against them. I don't know what they were, but I am not interested in eating them. There was a lot of trouble here!
