My guess is that the ground is between medium and fine. There is no comparison to cornmeal in this case. This flour truly is one of a kind

In the same way that corn has no gluten, corn flour has no gluten. To date, I have used every bit of Red Mill I bought. It is not known if it is processed in GF factories, so it is not certain if there is a possibility for cross contamination An infection.

Red Mill Corn Flour is something I've used for at least twenty years. I always enjoy your work. In addition to fish and veggies, it is great for battering. It's a good breading mix that I make with flour to cut it up.
