directions on the packaging and was skeptical that it would become a dough, but after a few minutes with some warm water, magic happened and I made arepas that my children just love. Despite the small size, a little flour goes a long way in this recipe. However, the item itself is exactly what I wanted. Although the pricing wasn't the best, I found a local store later on that offered the same product.

This is really the first time I haven't had the chance to compare it to anything However, I gave it five stars because the arepas I made with it were great. . .

My opinion is that the texture and flavor of the flour are similar to the flour used to make Salvadorian Pupusas like Maseca. The original flavor of the Harina Pan is no longer available. There is no comparison between the original and this one.
