Here is an article I found on the internet. This non-GMO corn flour can be used for a range of applications You can substitute it for a sandwich and it is much healthier. Throughout my entire life, my family has used this product. Before GMO was a thing, we used it.

Do they come in a pack of one flour pan each?

Okay, so this is just one big pack but it contains 5 pounds of the product, which is roughly 2.5 kgs. You probably haven't seen this before, but in the usa this is the other version.

The delivery was of only ONE 5lb bag, when I had earlier purchased two 5lbs bags

There were supposed to be TWO 5lb bags in my $20 purchase
& Upon receiving the box, I only received one 5lb bag. In regards to the other 5lb bag, I contacted the seller, but have yet to get a response. It was an okay experience but a little disappointing.

Nothing else can be used to make them. You can tell the difference just by tasting them. I use this every time and it works perfectly. It works very easily. It is a bit time consuming but very tasty. My thanks to the internet for making it available.
