There is no doubt that it is produced in a peanut-free environment. The Great River Company contracts their grains only with organic farms that have no nuts on them.

For the past couple of decades, I have used only Albers Cornmeal to make my When I moved to the east coast, I couldn't find it at any store. When I moved to the Pacific Northwest, it's convenient and easy to find. When I did a search for it on Amazon, it came up. However, instead of purchasing, I found myself scrolling for more until I stumbled upon the Great River Organic Milling specialty flour. This product is raving about so I decided to do a test run to see whether what people are saying is Oh my God! Those who haven't tried this cornmeal should at the very least consider doing so twice before deciding to purchase it. If you don't try it just once, for sure this will be the only brand of cornmeal they There is a difference between the cornbread I used to eat and the one I use now. There's no comparison to the flavor of this food. It is more intense in flavor and it is not stale, you could tell it is fresh. The cornbread is perfect for me in terms of texture. It is a pinch finer, but still retains its corny texture when you bite down on it. The freshness of my meat is preserved by storing it in the freezer.
