This masa flour is of excellent quality, and tastes much better than the cereal-grain masa flour that I was using before. You can make tortillas for any dish with this, although I've never tried them before. Also, this ground is more flavorful and colorful.
This bag contains all the parts of the bag that were opened and then resealed. Sorry to hear that.
In the past few months I've become obsessed with making homemade tortillas (thank you Cvid), and I found out about this product that makes amazingly delicious tortillas. My entire family loves these tortillas! Additionally, the packaging is great and can be resealed. This product will continue to be purchased by me.
I know nothing about masa flour except that I have only encountered Maseca. I find Bob's Red Mill Masa Harina to be superior to Maseca in taste. It was easy to follow the directions, and the tortillas were tasty. The texture, flavour, and appearance of these items are wonderful. You can taste the corn flavor and it does not taste artificial. The product was excellent and I would definitely purchase it.
had a recipe that called for masa flour in the recipe, but my local store did not carry it, so I bought it on Amazon. We're always pleased with Bob's Red Mill products because they are high quality.
When I bought a four-pack, I noticed that it was packaged open and repacked as a three-pack.
Product description is accurate and the product is as characterized, with the expected texture and taste of masa flour. It's a quality tortilla that is high in flavor, and I made tortillas using it that are delicious. There's just one drawback there's only enough masa flour to make 24 tortillas, so the value isn't quite as good as it could be. Other products available on the market will offer you the same flavor for much more affordable costs. To say it bluntly, if price isn't a concern of yours, then the product is a great choice.
My two orders turned out perfect! I'd buy this product again without a doubt.
