Do you know whether this product is gluten-free?

Compared to other grains, buckwheat is gluten-free The product is gluten-free, but was manufactured in a facility that also processes tree nuts (pecan), wheat, dry egg, and dry dairy.

Can you tell me how dark the flour is? It's very white and has no taste. I've tried other brands, but they're also very white. Would you please accept my thanks?

The color of the stain was pale brown or tan to my memory. Due to the fact that I mixed the buckwheat flour with other flours, I wasn't able to detect the

I made the best pancakes I've ever eaten
5/5

The first time I used this flour, I made some buckwheat pancakes with buttermilk and my family proclaimed them the best pancakes they had ever tasted. There's nothing better than the fresh taste of this flour, because it's a nice fine grind. The fact of being organic and the fact of not being organic A high degree of GMO makes it even more appealing. The container of the bak is simply to open and refill Freshness can be preserved by keeping it closed.

Gluten free pancakes are a great use of these ingredients
4/5

Using this flour with another gluten free flour made it gluten free. The Otto's Naturals brand makes cassava flour. One cup of cassava flour and one half cup of Buckwheat can be added to a recipe along with Cooking the batter on a nonstick griddle with unrefined coconut oil is my favorite method. Keeping the temperature low will help to keep the heat in check. Making pancakes of 3 inches is my go-to recipe. It's very good to eat pancakes that are gluten free. They are enjoyed even by my husband, who does not have a gluten intolerance. Often they are served with bacon and/or eggs to fill the stomach.

The packing, the expiration date, and the taste and texture of the product
5/5

I am satisfied with how the product was packaged and its expiration date is fine. A recent development has made this a problem. In addition to Buckwheat flour, I have been using the brand here for my gluten-free baking. A lot of my experiments recently have been with gluten free bread, pancakes, and other baked goods. The brand of choice for me has always been and will remain War Eagle.

Having War Eagle Mill as a business partner is a great idea! I sent a direct email to War Eagle Mill, the company I bought the Buckwheat flour from, when I found out that it was already expired so they weren't My contact with them let them know that I was interested in working with them
5/5

I received a new bag of Buckwheat flour within a few days of my last interaction with This company stands up for what they believe in. They have a website, and I plan to do business directly with them through it. I wish I had visited their website much sooner. This product is great stuff, so you should consider it if you're thinking of ordering. The experience will not disappoint you.

This is a good product
4/5

For the first time I have used buckwheat flour in a sourdough recipe - Rye bread and not really sure what it should look like. If I had to describe it, it would look dark. Otherwise, I think it's good. The taste is pleasant and nutty.

The flour is actually freshly ground buckwheat
5/5

Choosing this option instead of wheat was a great choice for us. The mill is one of our favorite places to visit. A big thank you to This reminds me of the creek, the geese, and the wooden mill at War Eagle Bridge, which we left behind when we moved away. War Eagle gift packs are always a favorite childhood memory for us and our kids sent them to us over the years. Buckwheat waffles are satisfying and provide lasting satisfaction.

You can start your own pumpkin from Although these seeds are good, they are not as large or as green as seeds I purchased from another brand
4/5

Although I like them, they are not my favorite. Toasting them in the toaster oven is my preferred method.
