Like regular baking flour, some buckwheat flour is fine, white, and fluffy It is this dark grainy stuff that is added to regular pancake mixes and baking mixes to give them a distinct buckwheat flavor.

What I remember is different from what I tasted

This is the pancake mix I bought since old fashioned pancake mix that used to be sold in the grocery store was no longer available. I can't recall the taste of buckwheat I was used to. A lot of flavor is missing in this dish. As it provides excellent nutrition, I'm going to use it for other recipes as well.

It was a poor man's food after the war, it requires only flour, water, salt, and a little fat. I used to eat it after school! Simple but very delicious, this is a great dish for a simple dinner! It was the first time I made it, and it was absolutely perfect! You can't go wrong with this flour!.

As a little girl, I had our famous Galettes made with buckwheat while I was living in Brittany. The best way to do them is with this brand and fine flour. The first time the packet arrived, there was a strong smell of dust and a strong It is unusable. This could be exchanged for free in my case. Many thanks to all of you!.

It was great to get buckwheat flour, but shipping was a nightmare

I think this is the best buckwheat flour I have ever had. Currently, the price of the item has gone out of control. This product was shipped in a damaged state, but the worst part of it was the packaging. As the package arrived, I found it in a nasty, greasy box that was wet and smelled strongly.
