As a result of a small filament in the flour, I was unable to use it at all. There is a lot of it. My rating would be 0 stars if there were such a thing. It is a terrible product! Do not purchase it!.

Buckwheat flour sounds like a good substitute for baking. I'm interested in trying it. To make blueberry pancakes, I used the buckwheat flour. I liked that they cooked quickly and stayed moist. The flavor was rich and there were no grains. Despite my high blood sugar, my blood glucose didn't increase after 2 hours. This buckwheat flour is most likely to come in handy when I make flatbreads for sandwiches. I would recommend this flour to anyone with dietary restrictions or looking for a change in their diet.

A coarse grind, which is what I wanted, however the flavors do not seem on par, so I'm assuming that it's an old product? This product was damaged when it arrived. Despite the fact that it is certified organic by the USDA, it is not made in the United States. My advice is to try another seller since you can't return it.

Update My stomach felt terrible, I got headaches and runs after eating a quick bread with this flour. Do not use this flour! My gut feeling is that they cut the product with dirt or it was contaminated with a heavy metal.

This is a grainy black substance. There is nothing like the buckwheat I normally buy, and I am not permitted to return it. I'd spend my money better somewhere else!.

It was a great product that my wife used to make waffles this morning. Baking is possible with this flour as it's a finely ground wheat replacement. This product is the healthier alternative to wheat while also having low glycemic index and no chaff (bitter taste). I am 69 years old so I tend to choose products like this one for people who prefer great taste and low glycemic index (like me). I can't understand the negative reviews either they are completely nonsensical. This is not the buckwheat you want if you prefer to eat it dark and taste like cardboard (which we like for other dishes). Waffles that taste like cardboard are not what we are looking for, are they?.

As for the product being an Indian product, I did not realize it. I feel like they added some black, chewy, plastic pieces to it, as if it wasn't ground fine enough. The only reason I bought this is because of the poor reviews elsewhere. In any case, I tried to make waffles. My mouth was filled with black flecks of something chewy as I spit out the taste of dirt. If you are wasting your money on this dirt, I ask you not to do so. Throwing $10 into the trash is the right thing to do. This is disgusting to me, since I'm not one to waste food.

In contrast to any other buckwheat flour I've ever used, this one appeared pale when I opened it. As of this morning, I found that it was completely bland when I made pancakes with it. The taste of buckwheat should be like the taste of I could not discern any particular flavor in this. Not happy at all.
