This pancake maker and crepe maker is awesome! As I type this, I am just finishing my first order of four 22-ounce water bottles
5/5

In the coming week, I will order more bags. A lovely recipe for pancakes that are both light and hearty. I add a bit of potato starch to the mix when making buckwheat crepes, and I make sure they have a very thin batter. In addition to making pizza dough, it also works well as a bread dough. You won't find yeast here. Adding a small amount of olive oil to the dough will make it softer. As I noticed from some reviews, the flour was As far as I know, I have never experienced such a There has been no noticeable difference in grittiness between this flour and regular whole wheat flour, based on my experiences with it. I purchased my first order in May of 2020, and the bags have an expiration date of April of Anyway, I store mine in the refrigerator because I read that if it is just stored in a cool, dry place, then its shelf life will be shortened. Regardless of the expiration date, storing it in the freezer will probably work fine if the expiration date is approaching soon.

I am currently on an elimination diet after being diagnosed with corn intolerance (corn and its derivatives are in everything! but I have not yet reintroduced wheat. However, even if I am able to use wheat flour, I plan to keep using buckwheat flour for a number of recipes because I enjoy the taste and appreciate the great nutrition it provides. I will also continue to use the Great River brand at.

The weight of the buckwheat flour is 50 pounds
3/5

For the past five or six years, I have used this buckwheat flour from Great River. Jan 30 was the last order I received. I did open and use some flour from the last order about a week ago, as we had some left over from an earlier order. My disappointment about it is due to the fact that there is definitely sand inside, and I doubt I will use it in the future. It might be a good idea to take it to a shop so it can be Actually, I find this to be a shame. As soon as I try to eat bread made from this flour, I feel as if I'm swallowing sand.

A date by which to sell or an Buying this product from this company is my first time
3/5

The 4 pack of 22 oz bags is what I ordered. As of today, the flour was delivered in a box with its expiration date printed on it. Upon opening the box, I saw 9/13/19 on the individual bags. Both of these dates are too close together for me to utilize 4 bags of 22 oz flour. It was mentioned to me prior to purchase that another customer had a problem with the date, but from what I remember it was 5 It would be fine to make more pancakes after 6 months since the purchase was made 6 months ago. Right now, I'm not certain. I would like pancakes for every meal if my husband is okay with it. It's hard for me to be sure of myself.

The dark color of buckwheat should be used It is the correct color of buckwheat to use in homemade noodles! The correct preparation of this product makes it very fragrant
5/5

buckwheat flour 80% and bread flour 20% to make my dough it's easy to work with, and works well for pasta makers. In addition to fiber and minerals, buckwheat is also low in saturated fat. Making homemade meals with it is one of the best ways to incorporate healthy carbs. In addition, buckwheat noodles (soba) are gluten free if they are made with 100% buckwheat. But you can also substitute arrowroot powder to give the noodles more.

There is a gritty texture to this
3/5

There was nothing wrong with the flavour, price, or price, but the texture could have been better. There were times when the food tasted as if it had been dropped into sand. This would mess with the texture of a meal or bread because it would be grittier and larger than usual. The time is not right for this favourite.

Gritty in a way
5/5

As opposed to other buckwheat flours I've used, this one has a little bit of soapy grit, so I may not love it so much. There is a strong difference if I make only buckwheat pancakes, but not at all if about one third coconut flour is used in the mixture. When I first tried it, I didn't like it, but I have gotten used to it, and I'm now a huge fan of this flour. There is a pleasant flavor to it, and it makes delicious gluten-free bread There is no charge for the.

This is excellent

The powder is not too powdery, but it is fresh. I am making gluten-free sourdough with it and it works for me. It's nice that it's four smaller bags that you won't be able to put everything in The process is much easier. It was delicious.
