Remember not all gluten-free products will necessarily be listed in your search results! When searching for a gluten-free product, it may also be listed as a non-gluten-free product! * After speaking with a Bob's representative, we learned that this flour is outsourced and that testing shows contamination. Therefore, the product is not labeled Gluten free although we would have expected it to be such until testing showed cross contamination issues.
