I've looked in several stores but have never been able to locate Quaker barley. Some retailers were unfamiliar with the term "boxed barley. " My husband enjoys barley soups, which I make throughout the year. Thank you so much for carrying it on Amazon. Although three boxes is excessive, I gave one to my daughter. I've already used almost one box because of the law.
It's this barley that I use in my stew. The barley that cooks quickly is terrible.

I've always used Quaker Pearled Barley, but it's hard to come by these days. Although quick cooking Quaker's barley is widely available, it is not the same. The bite and texture of this pearled barley are pleasing. It's a fantastic addition to any soup.
