The texture is just right

As soon as it arrived, I began making chicken barley vegetable soup. The barley in the soup didn't turn to mush and kept its texture and shape. In my soup, it tasted fantastic. It has a ziplock closure, which makes it very convenient to store! I'm going to make a beef barley with it soon. I'm so glad soup season has arrived!.

This barley was significantly larger than what I usually purchase at the supermarket. I was worried that it would take an eternity to cook, but it only took about 25 minutes and was a fantastic addition to the soup. Yum.
