False advertising. What I got in April 2020 was NOT super fine. The majority of it has a nut meal texture rather than a flour texture, and recipes turn out very differently than they would with real super fine ground almond flour. It does not mix well with liquids. You end up with runny goop instead of a thick cookie dough texture, and there's no way to fix it. If used as a minor ingredient, it may work, but as a primary flour, it falls short. I'm going to change brands again.
The majority of California's nuts are pasteurized with chemicals. Those chemicals are frequently cancer-causing. Always inquire about the pasteurization process.
Pesticides are not used, as far as I am aware. However, I dialed the company's number and am awaiting a callback. I love this almond flour because I'm on a Keto diet and use it to make baked goods. Love it
Nope. Wheat, milk, soy, and a variety of nuts are all listed as possible ingredients.

Almond flour can be found at Nature's Eats. We use it for a variety of cooking purposes now that we've switched to a Keto diet. All I can say is that as a foodie who has had to adjust his lifestyle due to diabetes, this is pretty darn good and allows me to eat baked goods that aren't coconut-flavored. Pizza dough is made with it as well. Yes, a diabetic can eat pizza without worrying about their blood sugar levels if they prepare it properly (avoid all-purpose flour). Look it up on the internet!.
I bought this Almond Flour from Amazon because it was 4 pounds for the same price as a 3 pound bag of Kirkland Almond Flour at Costco (Kirkland) for $12. br>br>I imagined a massive cost-cutting opportunity. MISTAKE OF MASSIVE IMPOSSIBILITY! br>br>By the way, if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words I enjoy King Arthur products, but the Almond Flour costs $12 per pound. 99- NO WAYbr>br>I should've put my faith in. br>br>When I awoke that afternoon, (Did I say early morning baking? ) I tried a French Macaron from each country. They all had a stale flavor to them. br>br>10 dozen French Macarons in the bin (more complicated than the Italian Meringue Method)! br>br>The only reason I gave it a 2 is because I spoke with an Amazon supervisor who refunded the cost of the ingredients and had them delivered the next day via Amazon Fresh.
This product has left me very disappointed. at the bottom of the page, to the left of the photograph- It's superfine almond flour, according to the manufacturer. This is misrepresentation because it does not say anywhere on the bag that it is superfine, which I always buy because it is better for what I use the flour for, such as baking, making almond milk, adding to puddings, and so on. This is not, in my opinion, a superior product, as other commenters have stated. br>br>I've never bought superfine flour that wasn't labeled "superfine," but the listing contradicts the product. br>br>Also, as other commenters have mentioned, the flour appears to have a strong flavor. This is a large bag-- 2 lb For a long time, I'll be using a product that isn't quite what I ordered.
Fortunately, I still had an empty Anthony's bag in which to dump the flour! I'm reordering this because it's a great deal, and the second bag I ordered was identical to the first. All you need to do now is keep this in a separate container. It's something the business should work on. I noticed that there were a lot more reviewers who had this problem, so be forewarned.
I've been on the Keto diet for a few months and have been dying to try these keto dinner rolls. Perfect.
Please note that the package states "Naturally Gluten Free" in large letters. Almonds, of course, are gluten-free "by nature. " The product is processed in the same facility as wheat, soy, and other allergies, according to the allergen section of the label. As a result, this item is "gluten-free. " As an example, if you go to a restaurant where the same equipment is used to prepare wheat products, the gluten-free menu items may contain gluten. Because I'm gluten-intolerant, I'll be switching to a different brand.
It has a strong almond flavor, so it can't be used as flour unless you want a strong almond flavor. It's probably stale, in my opinion. texture is strange. This is the first time Anthony has had a taste like this.
This is false advertising. The majority of it has a nut meal texture rather than a flour texture, and recipes turn out very differently than they would with real super fine ground almond flour. It does not mix well with liquids. There's no way to fix the runny goop with almond meal floating in it that you get instead of a thick cookie dough texture. If used as a minor ingredient, it may work, but as a primary flour, it falls short. I'm going to a different brand this time.
