23 dollars is a great deal, but it's extremely overpriced. The price per ounce is $4. I would estimate there are roughly 5 people in that group. It costs 5x what the rest of the community has to offer for the very same product. This Dulse will be used as part of my Medical Medium smoothies. These flakes blend really well in my smoothie since they can be a source of protein. I really enjoyed the taste. As for the package, it was easy to re-use and I could tell it was fresh It is sealed. Having said that, my only wish is that the package included more. My expectations were a bit lower than it turned out to be. The size wasn't visible to me because I didn't read it.

I wasn't sure I could eat it due to how it seemed to bind to heavy metals and wouldn't let go until it went out of my It is a problem to have too much mercury. If I put it on an avocado, it appears to taste like a baked potato seasoned with salt. Buying the 0 was the right decision for me. This is in a 34oz size (if I remember correctly), it is 18 grams, and it states that it lasts 30 days if it is consumed 1 teaspoon daily. The next time I buy a bag I will get a bigger bag because I was told I should eat more than that.
