I take this every day so I can pick up and hold the chelated mercury that can recirculate and settle in tissues (like nerves) if it is not bound until it is expelled by your body. Taking this has relieved my restless legs and tingling/pain that I would experience when I took chelates in the past but now they are greatly reduced or even gone when taking this.
