The last few years have seen me become a huge furikake fan. Combining this flavor with stovetop ramen brands gives it an enjoyable flavor profile. After I've sprinkled it on the noodles, I add more each time I spoon and bite my way through it. There will be a bunch of it floating around the broth at the end, and that's also good! Over rice, eggs, and a few other dishes, I have tried this. If you're looking for a vegan option, this is probably your only choice. I would recommend the JFC brand if you are not vegan. When it comes to Furikake, there is little to no mistaking it.
