There are so many ways to add it to The nutrient-rich benefits of sea vegetables are well known, but it is nice when natural foods taste good as well. Although I personally like the taste of dulse, it is definitely an acquired taste. However, the good news is, whenever you eat it, you can easily add it to any number of foods (cereals, soups, salads, smoothies, etc. ). So you get all the minerals without having to deal with the taste. It sounds like you like the taste too, so hopefully you will be My last experience with this brand was when I was working at a health food supplier many years ago, so I was glad to see that the quality has been maintained. This is a highly recommended read.

The seaweed of Dulce has a distinct flavor that I like a lot. As soon as it's opened we eat it right away. Natural iodine as made by Mother Nature is available in this product. If you are craving salty food, this is a great treat for you. Because it is somewhat expensive, I buy it only once in a while. However, it will last me a long while based on the way I eat it.

The stuff you're talking about is awesome! According to my research, dulse is an excellent health food, so why not give it a shot! I sauteed the leaves with some garlic powder, and WOW! I tasted salty tobacco raw, but after I sauteed them with garlic powder, I was surprised

It was delicious! If you try to store them for a few days, they become chewy. I recommend doing a batch at a time.
