Because there is NO information whatsoever regarding the IODINE CONCENTRATION, I was unable to use the product as a supplement to my dogs' natural diet. There is no way to tell how much iodine each of us would be consuming per tablespoon with this product. This is very dangerous for both humans and dogs.

To get all those nutrients into my skin, I used this as a face mask. Two different attempts are shown in both the pictures. The flavor was not terrible at all, although I expected it to taste like seaweed soup. If you are using an object like a blender or battery-operated device, then you should use that A whisk that is operated to mix liquids together. It will thicken liquids somewhat, so you may want to add a little water to thin it out. might want to add a little honey to it to make it.
