For iodine and to add flavor to foods, I sprinkle this on them

I do not use iodized sea salt, I sprinkle this on foods to add iodine. Tastes great, so does my husband, who also likes it. When I found this, his eyebrow was missing the outer half, which was a sign of thyroid weakness, which I had heard about. Using this on his food made his eyebrows grow back. Since he hates pills, I started using it on his food as well.

Mold covered the surface

In total, it took 2 weeks for me to receive this product, and I did not even bother to open it since I could see it was covered in mold from the packaging. Considering the price I paid it was far more than I've ever paid, I also considered it to be completely useless. It's very disappointing for me.

Especially bad are the shell bits that hurt your teeth while eating

The flavor of this seaweed is lovely and salty, great for salads. All of the sea shell pieces I had in my bag of flakes made it difficult. The first thing I thought it was was dirt from the lettuce, so I washed my lettuce and herbs like crazy to be sure, but that did not make a difference. I was still getting hard, dirt-like As a result, I almost chipped a tooth, I was able to get out the piece, and it looks like a shell (glossy on one side, darker I then realized that I was having this problem solely because I added dulse flakes to my salad this past week. In the event I was able to use this twice, I added it to a smoothie, which meant I simply drank the shell bits without realizing it. Taking another look at the bag, I was able to see small shell bits even through the clear bag (the lighter piece in the picture). So I had a heads up, I wish the bag had a disclaimer that said "this may contain shell" in it. It's not exactly cheap, but at least it's usable. The sheets sound really good. I'll try them next time. I've updated it The rating was changed from 2 to 4 on 7/5/16. Flakes from my second bag were much better than the first. I found fewer shell bits in this bag compared to the last one, and none that hurt or chipped my As I did chip my first tooth from my first bag, I have to be careful for shell bits or pebbles in them. I love these though. Having read the disclaimer on the back of the bag at the end of the first paragraph, I see that the bag contains an expired date. Despite my best efforts, I cannot find one on the Amazon page for the small Flakes, but it appears on the page for the larger ones.

It's so nice

My heart melts when I see this! The snack is something I eat in between meals. In my kitchen I keep it in a glass jar (I removed it from the plastic) on the counter. I use a small scoop to scoop it out.
I think that I'm addicted to it since I take in 5 to 6 scoops per day total (during the day). Also, make sure you look at your teeth before you talk to anyone in public or go out in public if you eat it like that. You tend to get stains on your front teeth when you use it. I love this. Thank you so much for such a great product.

Kelp is one of my favorite seaweeds

A look at the photo led me to believe that this was only one pack. In this package, you will get three packs of the items seen in the picture, with decent For the first time I've tried dulse flakes, with which I am in love with seaweed kelp. It's a nice combination of flavor and texture, I like it. Just to mention, the smell is so strong that I could smell it through the shipping box. All in all it was good and I would buy it It's said to have a high magnesium content from reading about it. My experience tells me that it is in fact effective because I fell asleep even faster than with melatonin.
