It was impossible for me to detect any lingering effects of alcohol. The taste of this extract was very pleasant and not at all overpowering. The lavender sugar I like to use for tea had a very pleasant taste and scent after I used it.

It was a big hit with everyone in my family it isn't too strong at all. You can also use it to make lavender honey I had never baked or cooked with lavender before, so I was a bit cautious after seeing some negative reviews online, but I ended up picking this extract and am glad I did.

The smell is exactly what you would expect from something of this strength. I have used lavender extract so far and I really like it. Although the taste was not overpowering, the organic fragrance gave this extract a nice organic aroma. Tea was made with lavender sugar that I made by adding to sugar. The addition of this sugar cookie topping to a tea tray or sugar cookies adds an elegant touch.

I was searching for this before. The lavender lemonade I bought is for me to make. I find it fascinating. When I initially found this, I was emulsifying lavender essential oil myself (a bad idea), and /or boiling dried lavender for I like the taste of this since it is ready to use. I was very satisfied with the shipping as well.
