I LOVE THAT MY BOYFRIEND SO HAPPY TO KNOW I PURCHASED ALASGA SODA. In a nutshell, The bottle in which the syrup was contained had not been closed properly, allowing the syrup to leak into the packaging. Since I could not eat anything that had been opened even slightly, I wasted my money! The video you can see shows that I can turn the top, but not take it off, which is weird as well. It shouldn't be my responsibility to pay for damaged goods half the way through! I'm so sorry.
It has been a long time since I ordered this brand online without any issue. From both bottles, there seemed to be a leak. In what way? If the cap is tight, even after the bottle has been opened, there is little chance of leakage. There has been a bottle opening. It is certainly my hope that this will not be the case.
Seeing that Amazon offers this product and makes it easy for me to purchase, is a real plus for me since my local store no longer offers this item. Although it is a little expensive compared to what I am used to spending on it. I was happy to see that the bottles did not arrive damaged. They came in one small box wrapped with bubble wrap and I ordered two bottles. There was one bottle that was smashed into I got one good bottle and one that was totally useless, so I can only give it 2 for the value.
It's a mess, Hugh! It states I can't return this despite having just ordered it. I can't return this because there is some policy. This is a very disappointing result.
The product is wonderful, the packaging is very good, and I tend to order in the winter, or a little after, if you are from the east coast. If you were raised on the east coast you probably had this product. My suspicion is that it was someone who gave it to me when I was high. I am referring to the baby bottle. My favorite syrup, and really there is nothing to compare it to, has to be this one.
