Neither it is vegan nor is it certified. I am Amit.
Ethyl alcohol and butter flavoring are the ingredients in this drink. As far as Google is concerned, alcohol contains no carbs. Flavorings are not something I am familiar with. In a recipe, you use a small amount of this ingredient
There is alcohol. The reason it's called an extract is because it's a form of a product.
This product contains alcohol, water, and natural flavors according to the specification sheet. There was no reference to maltodextrin.

Alcohol dominates the butter flavor to such an extent that one could barely taste it. My recipes aren't worth risking. I am not aware of how long cooking would dissipate it.
finished off an emulsion that I had gotten several years ago from a cake shop that I loved, and I cannot believe how long it took me to finish it. This was my first taste of a new butter flavor, and I liked it. It had a taste of acetone and a nail polish-like scent. It would not be a purchase I would make.
When you've never tried great vanilla, it's really hard for you to understand what it does for a recipe. With this vanilla, you enjoy taste and smell when baking as well as a perfume in the kitchen that can't be replicated by I have bought it three times now and it has always been of great quality even when I paid the lowest price. Having purchased this product in the past, I will be buying it again in the future.
There was a metallic taste to the drink. If I did it again, I would use a dash more since I could not detect any flavor. I'm OK with it.
There was no way it would be nearly 8 ounces in the sealed bottle. It was apparently replaced by Amazon and the new bottle had substantially fewer ounces. They weighed in at 7. In the picture, you can see that they are seven pounds each. The numbers 9 and 8 change. I believe that 1 ounce is the weight of the packaging, which weighs an additional ounce. There are 2 ounces in each jar. My intention was to use this for ice cream but it smells strongly of alcohol, overwhelming the buttery taste. This makes it unfit for cold dishes, such as ice cream. Items cannot be returned if they are not in their original condition.
I love to use it in my butter pecan ice cream, because I get a buttery flavor.
There is nothing better than the taste.
