It should be fine to start by adding 1/4 teaspoon of butterscotch flavoring and one teaspoon of vanilla, and then taste it to make sure that it tastes the way If you need more, you can always do so. It is possible to add too much butterscotch flavoring, which will result in a bitter taste.

The butterscotch scent is very strong when it is opened. Smoothies taste great with this!

The extract does not match the description. In no way are they three times or four times as powerful. In other words, it's the same thing as McCormick extracts available at your local grocery store, but for a much lower price. As a whole it's stronger so the higher price can be justified by making you think that it'll I do not believe it.
Neither the smell nor the taste of this product seemed natural to me. There is definitely a chemical smell in this place. It definitely doesn't smell natural. It doesn't come across as a very distinct butterscotch flavor when baked in.
I would not recommend it. Using this to make whipped frosting was my reason for purchasing it. To reduce the amount of sugar in this dish, I thought I would use this instead of adding real butterscotch syrup. Despite the name, this product doesn't actually smell butterscotchy. I started by adding 1/2 tsp to my whipped topping, even though it is a flavor and not an extract. There was no taste to be found. I added another 1/2 tsp to the mixture. I tasted the butterscotch a bit. A bit more has been added. It is not really butterscotch like you would expect from My taste was just like solvent after I added a bit more. That would be more like I poured a shot of vodka straight into it. I didn't like it, and it didn't taste like My final solution was just to make some butterscotch syrup and use The product is not worth recommending or purchasing.
Nearly no flavor can be detected in this extract. When I add it to my coffee or espresso, even with 12-oz, it's still delicious When 15 drops are placed in a cup, a butterscotch flavor is not discernible. From the same manufacturer, I bought a similar eggnog extract that was spectacular, but this one is a complete waste of money.
As soon as I received this, I was surprised to discover that the ingredients section was covered by a label, so I peeled the label off and found that the product contained It is made from propylene glycol (used in antifreeze) and water. Sorry, I don't like it. My garbage bag quickly emptied the contents of the bag.
Since it works OK, but not as well as Frontier, then maybe just 3 1/2 stars for this LorAnn Oils product. It is no longer possible to use the Frontier version. I do think that the LorAnn Oils version is better than the OliveNation one.
, butterscotch baking chips are a favorite Nonetheless, this flavoring gives the flavor an easier way to be present in a large number of foods.
This stuff makes amazing fat bombs and shakes for those of us on a ketogenic diet! When we run out of our current supply, I will purchase again.
