They may be gluten free, but I don't know for sure. My last time using this "brand" was quite a while ago. I can tell you that Prepared Pantry cinnamon chips, which are also available on Amazon, are gluten-free. There is, however, a disclaimer in red on the package This product contains milk and soy and it is packed with equipment related to the mixing of baking mixes. It may also contain egg, tree nuts, peanuts and wheat.

Among the advantages of these products is that the list of ingredients is short and concise. The ingredients have little to do with the flavor or texture of the dish. When the cinnamon chips melt in your mouth, they leave a waxy, sticky residue. The cinnamon chips barely taste like cinnamon. I don't like it at all. Since I am a professional baker and was searching for a new cinnamon chip, I held high expectations for these. As soon as I'm done with this brand, I will be moving onto the next.
It was an exciting sight to see such a large collection of them, so I ordered "4 lbs" of them (see the picture in the product description) to bake with in bulk! My only bag of 0. was one, but I got two of them. The 78 lbs of chips given in another section is probably more accurate than what I had anticipated. There are many things to love about these truffles. The aroma is wonderful, they did not melt (I live in FL so that's awesome), and the taste is more sugar than cinnamon. Although I have never tried all of them before, I will definitely use all of them and very much enjoy using them! I just didn't find it to be what I expected at this.
As they are tiny, they make great baking ingredients. This small miracle of arriving unmelted to Florida even though I live there is something to marvel at. Even if a cold pack is included, the package doesn't stand a chance if it is sitting in the sun for hours on end in a delivery truck. You've got some neat stuff here!.
During shipping, the chips were written on a melted blob and packed in tiny freezer bags.
As a result, the chips have now all clumped together as opposed to being separated. The package contained an ice pack, but it looks like it has melted and has now all formed a lump.
It is a wonderful product. The taste is amazing.
I loved them and they would make an excellent scone for mr.
