What packaging does the product come in to prevent it ?

It's 90 degrees outside today in Texas, so I got mine today. The bags were all made up of 25% solid block melted. Melted parts of the bag were located mostly on the outside edges of the box. Wrapped with air cushioning, it only came with a padded cover. The temperature was not kept at a reasonable level.

Chocolate chips as part of Hershey's baking recipe

When I need a substitute, I use these since I love to bake. Compared to some of the better more expensive chips, they do not have the same cacao concentration as some of the cheap chips. I was told indirectly that the level of cacao in this product is less than 28 per cent, but the bag does not display that information. Dark Chocolates are also considered Dark Chocolate, but they do not have the higher Cacao level of 60 or 70%. In the event that your recipe calls for this product, you can always substitute the higher-quality, more expensive chocolate for the less expensive one and you might find that the ends up tasting Take a look! If you need a substitute and you only have access to this one, it is a good choice.

Neither the bottom bag nor the top bag was Due to the lack of vacuum sealing on two of the eight bags at the bottom of the stack, I deducted two stars from the rating

Due to the lack of air cushioning inside, chips inside became weighted down and clumped, weighted down and reduced by I am not sure if this happened at the Hershey's plant or when it was shipped In order to make the chips usable for baking, I tried to loosen them from each other as much as possible.

This product appears to be distributed only in the fall by Hershey. It is my favorite time of year to bake cinnamon cookies, cakes, and the like. I bought these and they are great.

There are several recipes that call for cinnamon chips, but I could not find them in our local grocery store. We enjoy the pastries and breads even though the price is a little high.

There is a cake I make that is topped with brown sugar, nuts, and made the cake with cinnamon chips and it was a hit with everyone. We grew up eating this cake and our family loves it just as much as we do. "Keep doing what you're doing mom no matter how different it is".
