When did you buy the baking chips, and how old are they? I'm just curious because it's August and this product package features a snowman. Is it possible that these baking chips have passed their expiration date?

Several months ago, I received a shipment. The "best by" date had been set for June of this year. The package does not include a snowperson. I used them in cookies last week (07/26) and they were delicious. And I used it as a topping on homemade ice cream yesterday (08/03). They appeared to be fine, but just to be sure, I ate a handful and they were quite tasty. Look, Hershey's isn't a high-end product; you get what you pay for, but I'm completely satisfied with it.

What are the components of a recipe?

Apart from Carmel and salt, I have no idea. They are, however, addictive; the flavor is so good that I eat them as a snack, and they enhance the flavor of everything I put them on.

When baked, do they keep their softness?

Depends. They will melt if you bake them straight from the bag. If you chill them first, they won't melt, but either way, the results are delicious.

When does the package's "best by" date expire? It is now the month of December in the year 2019. thanks?

As a result, we went online and ordered a variety of flavors. Now I'm looking at the bag; we haven't yet made the cookies, but it's nearly empty. br>So now you know what it tastes like. I've already re-evaluated my situation. 2 or 3 more bags have been ordered. I'm not a big fan of chocolate. As a result, sea salt caramel is exactly what I'm looking for. Even if you're a chocolate fan, you should give this a try. It's really delicious. I've already begun looking for recipes that aren't just for cookies.

Awesome! These Hershey's Chips are notoriously difficult to come by, so I was thrilled when I discovered them on Amazon! Even though it was a hot day outside, they arrived in perfect condition (I noticed the seller had included a small ice pack, which may have prevented the Chips from melting as some other reviewers had stated)

It was a melted mess when it arrived, so I put it in the freezer and broke it up into chunks once it was solid

The flavor is exactly what it says on the label. To me, it has the flavor of caramel fudge. My daughter prefers to eat the pieces by themselves, but I prefer to roll them in cookie dough and bake them. The low rating is due to the cost; I am allergic to chocolate and must seek out substitutes. Ghirardelli used to make some that I really liked, but they're no longer available. When I came across these, I knew I had to give them a try. I'd never buy them again for this price, but they're good.

It has a good caramel/sea salt flavor. not fake. The product arrived quickly and in good condition, but since it is fall here, there is no risk of melting as described by others. It's a bit pricey, but I can't find anything similar in my area, so I'll have to make do. I would purchase this item again.

He discovered these chips at our neighborhood market last year. He could never find them again, but that's beside the point; he made the best chocolate cookie ever with these chips. It's all about the chips, really. br>This is now my all-time favorite cookie.

Too delectable! These salty caramel chips had a great flavor and smell

They were, however, far superior - I couldn't get enough of them and couldn't stop eating them. I had to put an end to my orders. It's especially good with chocolate.
